Closely collaborated with product development, testing the functional compliance of company products such as Rekochain, Criztel (ERP), Zermatt Payroll, and iBWMS.

Engage with the client to collect software requirements/business rules and ensure alignment with development teams. Creating and updating business requirements, as well as aligning them with functional and technical requirements.

Contribute to the development and modification of systems to meet the needs, as well as the development of business specifications to support these changes.

Translate requirements into a variety of tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams, and experience with software development methodologies such as waterfall and AGILE.

Identify and reconcile errors in client data to ensure that business requirements are accurate.

Perform various levels of testing, such as functional, UAT, integration, and performance, to ensure that the requirements are met.

Involved in pre-sales and Go-Live Activities. 

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) in the Hybrid mobile app.- Managed the entire documentation process, including requirements, scope, design specifications, contract agreements, and the entire project life cycle. 

 Engaged in System Testing, Preparing Test Scripts & User manuals, Knowledge Transfers, UAT & Support.
